• Metropolitan State College (Denver, CO) Land Surveying Program (1982)
• Obtained CO LLS (1982)
• Obtained NH LLS (1984)
• Obtained MA LLS (1985)
• Obtained ME LLS (1987)
• Opened McEneaney Survey Associates, Inc. in 1986
• Served on NH Joint Board of Licensure for Land Surveyors

  1999-2009, 2007-2009 as Chair, 2013-2019

• Strafford Rivers Conservancy: Non-Profit Land Conservation: Board of

  Directors since its creation in 1989 through its merger with Southeast Land

  trust of New Hampshire in 2014

• Southeast Land Trust of New Hampshire: Board of Directors 2014

• Personal Interests: Fly fishing, bird hunting, bird watching, historical

  geography, his Irish heritage
